Vineyard Management | 60-year-old vines. Sustainable culture, no herbicides. Partial grassing with mechanical working of the soil. Level 3 High Environmental Value certification. |
Winemaking | Hand-picked grapes only, in crates of up to 30 kg. The whole bunches are pressed in a pneumatic press. The grape juice is then cold-settled before being gravity-filled within 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation takes place entirely in barrels, using indigenous yeasts. |

Tasting Notes
2021
Brilliant golden yellow colour. An engaging nose combining white fruit, lime blossom, mineral notes and discreet vanilla oak. Full-bodied and rich on the palate, with a measured freshness. Splendid intensity, with a long, lemony finish. (Tasted in 2023)
2020
Brilliant light yellow colour with pale grey highlights. A precise nose of flowers and white fruit, with hints of vanilla and churn butter. Superb balance between roundness and acidity. A wine that tells a story. Drink with Burgundian dishes in sauce. (Tasted in 2022)
2019
Bright gold colour. Toasty woody nose, white flowers, vine peaches, lime blossom, almonds, curry. Vibrant, seductive palate, with great aromatic length, elegant oak and a long finish with youthful acidity. Very promising. (tasted in 2021)
2018
Light gold colour with luminous highlights. Nose of toast, brioche, ripe white fruit, floral notes (hawthorn). Seductive, full-bodied and generous on the palate. Invigorating body, lovely overall freshness. Balance and density. (Tasted in 2020).
