Winemaking Manual harvest. 100% de-stemming. Maceration in wooden vats for 2 to 3 weeks. Extraction by punching down and pumping over.
Ageing In French oak for 12 months in 1-wine barrels.
Aging Potential About 15 to 20 years.
Production 300 bottles
