Tasting Notes

A yellow colour with golden highlights. A nose of great nobility, combining woody, pastry and roasted notes. On the palate, an ample, creamy structure reveals charismatic aromas, all carried by a taut, alert structure. (tasted in 2023)

Superb pale yellow colour with brilliant highlights. Nose of white fruit and tangerine, with hints of crème fraîche and vanilla. Subtle, round and powerful on the palate. An explosion of flavours and an interminable finish. Drink with scallops. (Tasted in 2022)

Bright, hoppy colour. Nose of grilled almonds, infused white flowers, honey, white fruit, yellow-fleshed fruit. A fresh, very aromatic chassagne, suggesting a delicate honeyed mellowness. Young, lively and joyful. A complete, majestic wine (tasted in 2021).
