Vineyard Management | Sustainable, no herbicides. Partial grassing with mechanical working of the soil. High Environmental Value Level 3 certification. |
Winemaking | Hand-picked grapes only. The whole bunches are pressed in a pneumatic press. The grape juice is then cold-settled before being gravity-filled within 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation takes place entirely in barrels, using indigenous yeasts. |
Ageing | In French oak barrels for 10 months. 20% new barrels. Regular stirring of the lees. |

Tasting Notes
2021
A deep golden yellow colour. Delicately woody nose, with notes of roasted almonds, dried flowers and fleshy white fruit. Very fresh on the palate, with airy body and great precision (tasted in 2023).
2020
Light golden yellow colour with pale green highlights. Nose of white flowers and citrus fruit, with hints of fresh butter and vanilla. Delicate on the palate, with great finesse and roundness. An assertive Burgundian style. Drink with fish or poultry in sauce. (Tasted in 2022)
2019
Bright, light gold colour. Toasty woody nose, notes of hazelnut, ripe white fruit and infused white flowers. A cuvée combining fullness, youthful ardor and promising aromas. The ageing is racy and the freshness well established. Poultry with morels. (tasted in 2021)
