Tasting Notes
2021
Pale ruby-red colour with pink highlights. Nose of cooked cherries, hints of violets and sweet spices. On the palate, it's greedy, fruity, very smooth and well-balanced. A wine to cellar for a few years and then drink with roast red meats. (Tasted in 2023)
2020
Deep purplish colour with youthful highlights. Youthful nose of ripe black fruit with a mineral-woody background. On the palate, a Burgundy that bets on finesse, happily combining ripe fruit and subtle tannins. (tasted in 2022)
