Comments : the quality in the bottle always reflects the quality of the starting material – the grape. we decided to plant on land which had been fallow for decades, and now the vines are well-established. the harvest is hand-picked, with our objective to produce low-yields with high natural sugar, giving a pinot noir which is supple, elegant with excellent value for money
